1 qt Peanut Oil For Frying, no substitutions
1 package Chicken Wings (Second And Third Joints), Approx.12 Wings
1/2 cup Butter, No Substitutions
1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
1 dash Garlic Powder
1 dash Pepper
Ranch Or Blue Cheese Dressing For Dipping
Celery Sticks For Garnish

Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees. Deepfry wings 10 to 12 at a time, until golden brown, approx. 10 to 12 minutes. Place wings on paper towels to drain. In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add red hot sauce, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper. Bring to a simmer and add chicken wings. Toss wings in sauce for a few minutes. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing with celery sticks for garnish.
If you like your wings hotter add additonal sauce (to taste) to the butter.
