1 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Vinegar
1/2 cup Sweet cream
1 tbsp Flour
1 Egg, beaten
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
8 oz Cream cheese, OR 1/2-lb American cheese, cubed
1 tbsp Onion, grated
1 small Jar pimentos, finely chopped

Mix first seven ingredients in a double boiler and cook until mixture thickens. While mixture is still hot add hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese or American cheese, onion and pimentos. Blend well and put in jars or other containers. Cover and store in refrigerator.
