1 Pineapple, peeled and diced

1 Green pepper, diced

1 Red pepper, diced

1 Red onion, diced

3 Chipotle peppers, minced

1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

2 Limes, zested and juiced

1/2 cup Sugar

2 tsp Chili powder

2 tsp Coriander

2 tsp Cumin

2 tsp Salt

Mix ingredients together. NOTES : Serve with Grilled Jamaican "Jerk" Chicken
