1 can (#2) crushed pineapple in juice, (2+1/2 cups)
1 package Lime jello
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup Pimento, chopped
1 cup Celery, diced
1 cup Macadamia nuts, chopped *
1 cup Heavy cream, whipped

* or walnuts or pecans
Heat pineapple to boiling point. Add Jello and softened cream cheese and stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients, except cream. Lastly, whisk in the whipped cream. Pour into a 1+1/2 quart mold.
