Potato Griddle Cakes
Ingredients
2 cup Potatoes, grated

1 Egg, beaten

1/2 cup Flour, sifted

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Salt, level

1/8 tsp Pepper

Preparation
Mix and bake on greased griddle in three-inch cakes. Serve with butter and syrup.
