Potatoes Au Gratiin
Ingredients
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese

1 pt Half and Half

1 package (4.5-oz) shredded Cheddar cheese

1 Stick butter or margarine

1 package (2 pound) frozen hash brown potatoes

Preparation
Melt first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Place frozen hash browns in a 9x13 dish. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350ø. Yield: 8 servings.
