1. Heat the oil in a wok over a medium heat and fry the potatoes, stirring occasionally until nearly done, about 15 minutes.
2. Add the poppy seeds, coconut, salt, sugar and green chillies and continue cokking until the potatoes are tender. Serve with rice.
