Prize Fruit Chili Sauce
Ingredients
30 Large tomatoes

6 Onions

6 Pears

6 Peaches

3 Sweet red peppers

3 Green peppers

6 cup Sugar

1 large Bunch celery

2 tbsp Salt

1 qt Vinegar

1 small Tin tomatoe paste

1/2 cup Pickling spices (tied in a cheesecloth bag.)

Preparation
Chop all vegetables, mix together all remaining ingredients, add and simmer slowly until thick, about 2 hours. Remove pickling spices and discard. Store in sterilized jars.
