Pumpkin Chili
Ingredients
4 cup Water

1 can Canned tomatoes, 28 oz size, crushed

3 can Red kidney beans, 16 oz size

1 can Pumpkin, 16 oz size

1 cup Onion, chopped

1 cup Red bell pepper, chopped

1 cup Bulgur, uncooked

1 cup Green chile, chopped

1 tbsp Chili powder

1 tsp Garlic, minced

1 tsp Ground cumin

1 tsp Salt

Preparation
Drain and rinse the beans. Put all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 35 min.
