Quick And Healthy Chicken Stir-Fry, Lhj
Ingredients
2 tsp Vegetable oil

1 large Onion, sliced thin

1 Red pepper, sliced thin

12 oz Broccoli florets, cut into small

1/2 cup Water

1/4 Stir-fry sauce

1 1/2 cup Cooked sliced chicken

Rice or couscous

Preparation
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, water and stir-fry sauce. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in chicken and heat through. Serve with rice or couscous.
