1/2 cup Minced onion or 2 tablespoons instant chopped onion
1/3 cup Minced green pepper
2 Cloves minced garlic or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
8 oz Cans tomato sauce
7 oz Can minced clams (drained)
5 oz Can cooked chicken
Preparation
Heat margarine in large skillet and lightly brown rice, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Add remaining ingredients along with 1-1/2 cups water, and mix well. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
