Quick-Quick Couscous
Ingredients
1 cup Quick-cooking couscous

1/2 cup Black bean flakes

1 can Diced Mexican-spiced tomatoes

Preparation
Directions: boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan, add couscous and boil for a couple of minutes, turn off heat, throw in bean flakes and tomatoes, cover and let sit for a few minutes, then eat! Posted to fatfree digest by Kathleen <schuller@ix.netcom.com> on Apr 12, 1998
