Rhode Island Clam Cakes
Ingredients
4 cup Flour

8 tsp Baking Powder

3 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

4 Eggs

2 cup Milk

1 pt Clams, canned with liquid

2 cup Lard, or more -- For deep

Frying

Preparation
Mix all of above (except lard). Deep fry at 375 by dropping from oiled spoon. Salt and pepper after cooking.
