1 cup Hoisin Sauce

1/2 cup Rice vinegar

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

2 tsp Minced ginger root

2 tsp Minced Garlic

2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 tsp Ground Anise Seed

Combine the ingredients together in a saucepan and warm them over low heat for about 10 minutes.
