1 lb Ground beef
1 large Onion
2 Cloves garlic, pressed
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Cocoa
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 Bottle beer, 12 ounces
1 cup Salsa
2 can Diced tomatoes, 14.5 ounces
2 can Dark kidney beans, 15 ounces

Brown hamburger with onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano, cocoa, and tabasco sauce.
Add beer, salsa, and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add kidney beans and simmer 30 minutes.
