Prepare ziti according to package directions; drain and rinse. In large pot over medium meat, combine cornstarch, milk, broth, salt, garlic powder, pepper, curry powder, cayenne and sugar. Bring mixture to boil, stirring constantly. While sauce mixture is coming to boil, saute onions and mushrooms in butter or olive oil. Remove thickened sauce from heat and stir in Parmesan, turkey, mushrooms & onions, sherry, and sugar. Spoon into large casserole, or two small ones, that have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake covered in 375 F degree oven 30 to 45 minutes, or until mixture bubbles. Remove casserole from over, stir, replace lid, and allow to cool 15 minutes before serving. Recipe By : Brenda Beach

NOTES : Curry powder: Try to find curry powder at a middle eastern grocery. MUCH better than what you get in the grocery store.
This makes a very large casserole, so either half it or fill one to freeze.
