Roquefort Cheese Ball
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Roquefort, room temp

1 lb Cream cheese, room temp

1/2 lb Butter, room temp

Cognac to taste

Pecans, crush

Preparation
Process all but nuts. Divide in half. Roll in foil. Refrigerate until workable. Roll in nuts.
