2 cup Rye flour

2 cup Bread flour

2 tbsp Nonfat dry milk powder

1 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Honey

1 tbsp Butter

1 tsp Ground allspice, optional

1 tbsp Caraway seed, optional

1 1/2 cup Warm water

Ingredients should be at room temperature. Liquids (and 'warmed' ingredients) should be at 120-130 degrees.
