1/4 lb Kasseri cheese

4 tbsp Butter

1/2 Lemon, juice of

Contributed to the echo by: Sallie Austin Originally from: "Greek Cooking for the Gods", by Eva Zane Saganaki This is also known as Kasseri Tiganismeno, squares of this buttery cheese fried in butter. Cut the cheese in 1/4 inch slices, cut in squares, and fry in hot butter until golden. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
