2 tbsp Butter
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Gebhardt's Chili Powder
1 cup Tomatoes
1 cup Meat stock or water

Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in the butter until soft; add flour, salt and Gebhardt's Chili Powder and stir until smooth. Add tomatoes and meat stock or water. Cook until thickened and smooth.
Strain if desired.
