Sauteed New Potatoes
Ingredients
1 lb New potatoes, red or white

2 tsp Olive oil

2 tbsp Water

2 Garlic cloves, crushed

Salt & freshly ground pepper

Preparation
1. Wash potatoes; do not peel. Cut in fourths. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet on medium high. Add water and potatoes and saute 15 minutes, tossing occasionally to make sure all sides are browned and crisp.



2. Add garlic and continue to saute 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
