Savory Chuck Steaks
Ingredients
BARB DAY - GWHP32A-----

4 Chuck eye steaks -- cut 1"

2 tbsp Brown sugar -- packed

Thick -- boneless

2 tbsp Lime juice -- fresh

1/4 cup Steak sauce

1/4 tsp Red pepper -- ground

Preparation
Preparation time: 30 minutes Combine steak, brown sugar, lime juice and red pepper; reserve 2 tb. marinade. Place steaks in a plastic bag, add remaining marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinate 10 minutes. Pour off marinade. Place steaks on grid over medium coals. Grill 14 to 20 minutes fro rare (140 degrees F.) to medium (160 degrees F.), turning once. Brush with reserved marinade during last 2 minutes of cooking. Season with salt if desired. Serving suggestions: Grilled red onion wedges and zucchini slices.
