Scalloped Potatoes With Cheddar Sauce
Ingredients
2 tbsp Margarine

1 small Onion, sliced

1 can Cream of broccoli cheese soup

1/3 cup Milk

1/8 tsp Pepper

4 medium Potatoes, cooked and sliced

3 slice Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Preparation
1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt margarine. Saute onion until tender.



2. Stir in soup, milk and pepper, bring to a boil.



3. Add pototoes stirring to coat, reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until hot.



4. Stir in bacon; remove to serving dish and garnish with parsley.
