Scandinavian Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
1 can (16 Oz) French Cut Green Beans, drained

1 Jar (2 Oz) Chopped Pimiento, drained

1 cup Chopped Celery

2 Onions, chopped

1/2 cup Sugar, scant

1 cup Vinegar

1/2 cup Cooking Oil

Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Mix all the vegetable ingredients. Mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss lightly. Best if made ahead and allowed to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.



Serves 8
