Sea Foam Salad
Ingredients
1 cup Boiling water, (or pear juice)

1 package Lime jello, 3 oz size

6 oz Cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Whipping cream, whipped Or 1 cup cool whip

29 oz Can lite pears, Drained and diced

1 can Crushed pineapple, -small can-drained

Preparation
Mix boiling water and jello; let cool to lukewarm. Mix with cream cheese and whipped cream with electric beater until well blended. Let sit in refrigerator until partially set.



Mix in fruit and mold in 6-cup ring mold sprayed lightly with Pam. Chill overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and maraschino cherries. Serves 12. Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest by Nancy Berry <nlberry@prodigy.net> on May 18, 1998
