Sea Legs Summer Salad
Ingredients
5 tbsp Mayonnaise

1/4 tsp Curry powder

1 tsp Lemon juice

1 dash Cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 lb Sea Legs Crabmeat Blend

3/4 cup Thawed frozen peas

1/2 cup Thinly sliced celery

1/4 cup Chopped green onions

1/3 cup Dry roasted peanuts or

Cashews

1 1/2 cup Shredded red cabbage

Mandarin oranges

Preparation
In med bowl combine mayo, curry, lemon juice, cayenne & salt. Toss with crabmeat, peas, celery, green onions & nuts. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve on shredded cabbage & garnish with oranges.
