Selyodka Pod Ukropnym Sousom
Ingredients
1 Herring boned & skinned cut into 1" diagonal pcs.
1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
1/2 cup Olive oil
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Dried dill chopped or -
2 tbsp Dill fresh & chopped fine
Preparation
Mix everything except the fish together. Place fish in deep dish and pour the mixture oevr it. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
