1 Garlic clove, crushed

1 tsp Mustard seeds

1/2 tsp Finely slivered lime peel

2 tsp Lime juice

2 tbsp Sesame oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until fairly smooth. Makes about 3-1/2 Tbsp.
