1/2 lb Linguini
Water for boiling
1 pinch Salt
3 Scallions, sliced
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp Red pepper, optional
2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds

Break linguini in half. In a medium pot, cook linguini in boiling salted water till al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain. Combine linguini with remaining ingredients & serve warm or at room temperature.
