Sesame-Poppy Seed Loaf
Ingredients
3/4 cup Whole wheat flour

3/4 cup All-purpose flour

1 tbsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Salt

2 tbsp Sesame seeds

2 tsp Poppy seeds

3/4 cup Orange juice

2 tbsp Honey

1 Egg

2 tbsp Oil

1/2 cup All-Bran® Cereal

Preparation
In a medium bowl, stir together the flours, baking powder, salt and seeds. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat together the orange juice, honey, egg, oil and cereal until well combined. Let stand 2 minutes. Add the flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Spread the batter evenly into a lightly greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for about 40 minutes or until a pick inserted near the centre comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Cool completely before slicing.
