Sesame Slaw
Ingredients
2 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted

2 tbsp Onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup Sour cream

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp Salt

6 cup Cabbage, finely shredded

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

Preparation
Mix onion (or 1 T instant minced onion with 1 T water) with sour cream, mayo, Dijon & salt. If dressing made ahead, cover & refrigerate.



Shortly before serving, mix dressing and cooled sesame seed with cabbage till well blended.



Per serving: 203 Calories; 21g Fat (89% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; 15mg Cholesterol; 246mg Sodium
