2 3/4 lb Chicken, shredded
Sesame Garlic Dressing:
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp MSG (opt)
2 tbsp Light soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsp Sesame paste or tahini
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Cider vinegar
1 tbsp Chopped green onion
1/2 tsp Grated fresh ginger
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tbsp Chinese hot pepper oil to taste

Place the shredded chicken in a bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients together to form a salad dressing. Toss with the chicken and arrange on a platter.
