8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Dairy sour cream
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Curry powder
1/4 tsp Salt
4 1/4 oz Tiny shrimp, rinsed and drained
1 Hard-cooked egg, chopped
3 tbsp Finely chopped green onions (with tops)

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and salt. Spread about 1/4 inch thick on 8-inch plate. Top with shrimp and egg; sprinkle with green onions. Serve with flatbread. 3 cups spread; 25 calories per tb.
