Smokey Meatballs
Ingredients
2 lb Ground beef

1/4 cup Chopped onion

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/4 tsp Garlic salt

1/2 cup Fine cracker crumbs

1 Egg

1/4 cup Milk

2 tbsp Salad oil

1 Bottle (18-oz) smoky style barbecue sauce

1 cup Cold water

Preparation
Mix lightly all ingredients except oil, barbecue sauce & water. Shape into meatballs about the size of walnuts and brown on all sides in hot oil. Mix barbecue sauce & water, place meatballs into sauce & simmer for 15 minutes. Yields about 8 dozen meatballs.
