Soft Pumpernickel Bread
Ingredients
2 tsp Active dry yeast

3/4 cup Whole wheat flour

1 1/2 cup Bread flour

3/4 cup Rye flour

2 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Butter

1 1/2 tbsp Molasses

3 tbsp Honey

1 cup Warm water

Preparation
Load machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White bread cycle or regular cycle on Lightest crust to Medium crust setting. Mc formatting by bobbi744@sojourn.com
NOTES : Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf. Per 1 1/2 pound loaf: 1712 calories, 18 grams fat, 31 mg. cholesterol. Bobbie's Note: I added about 2 tsp. gluten to this bread. It was soft and very flavorful. Nice dark color. Recipe by: Quick and Delicious Bread Machine Recipes by Norman Garrett
