Sour Cream Lemon Muffins
Ingredients
2 cup All-purpose flour

1 tbsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 cup Sour cream

1/2 cup Butter, melted

1 tbsp Sugar

1/2 cup Sugar

1 tsp Grated lemon peel

1 cup Chopped pecans

1/2 cup Milk

1 Egg beaten

Preparation
In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients but the 1 T sugar. In a small bowl combine the wets. Stir til moistened. Spoon into muffin cups- sprinkle remaining sugar on tops. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min. Makes 12.
