Spaghetti Squash Kugel
Ingredients
4 Eggs

1 1/3 cup Lowfat cottage cheese

1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon

3 tsp Sugar, Sweetener equivalent

1 tsp Vanilla butternut flavoring

3 cup Cooked, drained sp. sq.

Date: Sun, 18 Aug 1996 13:44:26 -0700 Preheat oven 350. In large bowl beat eggs. Add cottage cheese, cinnamon, sweetener and vanilla butternut. Beat until well blended. Add sp. sq. to egg mixture, mix well. Pour into a casserole sprayed with your favorite veg spray(Pam etc). Sprinkle with additional cinnamon. Bake 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Serves 4, 164 cals, 7 grams fat
