Combine first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven; cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off drippings. Add remaining ingredients; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield: about 4 cups.MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Combine first 3 ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and microwave at HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is browned, stirring once. Drain off drippings.
