Spicy Honey-Roasted Peanuts(1987 Recipe)
Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, melted

2 tbsp Honey

2 tsp Minced garlic

1 tsp Ground red pepper

1 tsp Ginger

1 tsp Salt

1 lb Raw, skinned peanuts

Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In medium bowl combine all ingredients except peanuts. Add nuts and stir until well coated. Spread in a shallow baking pan and roast 25 minutes, stirring once or twice; cool. (Can be made ahead. Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week.)
