In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients. In a salad bowl, toss spinach with dressing. Toss in strawberries. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
Variations:
*Add halved seedless grapes or substitute them for strawberries
*Add 1/4 cup slivered almonds
