1 1/4 lb Skinless, boneles chicken
Breasts, in 1" pieces
2 cup Broccoli florets
2 Cl Garlic, minced
6 Oil-packed sun-dried tomato
Halves, drained/chopped
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp Pepper

Recipe by: 365 Ways to Wok/R.Banghart In a Wok, heat 1 1/2 T. olive oil over High heat until hot, swirling to coa sides of pan. Add chicken and stir-fry until meat is white throughout, but still juicy, about 3 minutes. Remove to plate. In same wok, heat remaining 1/2 T. oil over Medium-High heat. Add broccoli and stir fry until crisp-tender, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer. Return chicken to wok. Add sun-dried tomatoes, hot sauce and pepper. Cook, stirrin for 1 minute. Serve hot.
