6 Firm, ripe tomatoes, peeled & cored
1 carton (8-oz) small curd creamy cottage cheese
2 tbsp Chopped green pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
CRAB MEAT DRESSING
1 pt Mayonnaise
1 Bottle (12-oz) chili sauce
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 can (6-oz) crab meat, drained, bones removed & flaked
2 tbsp Finely chopped celery

Peel tomatoes, core them & cut in eighths, almost to the bottom. Drain. Mix cottage cheese with chopped green pepper. Salt & pepper to taste. Stuff tomatoes with mixture & cover with crab meat dressing. Crab Meat Dressing: Mix ingredients together well & refrigerate. Spoon over stuffed tomatoes. Good on lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Keeps well in refrigerator.
