Stuffing For Manicotti
Ingredients
3/4 cup Ricotta cheese

3/4 lb Mozarella cheese, diced

3 Eggs, lightly beaten

2 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp Salt

1 pinch Black pepper

Preparation
Drain the ricotta cheese. Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
