Prepare puff pastry in pan; prick with fork; set aside. Saute fresh herbs; mix cream, eggs, salt & pepper. Add sauteed herbs to cream mixture. Sprinkle cheese over bottom of puff pastry. Pour liquid mixture over cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 or until crust is brown.
