1 cup Mayonnaise, regular or reduced calorie
1/4 cup Chili sauce, Or Other Tomato Based Sauce
2 tsp Minced onions
1 tbsp Green bell pepper, minced
1 tbsp Pimiento, minced
2 tbsp Sweet pickle relish
1 Hard-boiled egg, finely chop
Salt and pepper, to taste
Milk, optional

In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion, bell pepper, pimento, pickle relish and egg. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If desired, thin with a little milk or half and half.
