MEATBALLS
1 lb Ground lean pork
1 1/2 lb Ground round
1 cup Bread crumbs
1/2 cup Almonds, ground fine
2 Eggs
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 Cloves garlic, minced fine
2 tsp Salt
Nutmeg to taste
Ginger to taste
Cornstarch
SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
3 cup Sugar
3 cup Pineapple juice
3/4 cup Soy sauce
6 tbsp White wine
1 cup Vinegar
1/3 cup Catsup
3 cup Water
3/4 cup Cornstarch

Mix all meatball ingredients well; make into meatballs & roll in cornstarch. Fry for 10 minutes. Add balls to sweet & sour sauce & simmer. Sweet & Sour Sauce: Combine sugar, juice, soy sauce, wine, vinegar & catsup & bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch & water. Add to boiling ingredients & stir until thick.
