4 Eggs

1 1/2 cup Sugar

1 cup Mashed potatoes (whip til smooth)

1 Stick butter melted

1 1/2 cup Sweet milk (that regular milk to us)

3/4 tsp Vanilla

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Allspice

Date: Mon, 12 Aug 1996 16:38:18 -0400 Beat eggs and sugar together until light colored. Add melted butter and potatoes, then add milk. Stir well, pour into unbaked pie shell and back at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees until set.
