1 1/3 tsp Active dry yeast

3 cup Bread flour, or all purpose

1/3 cup Wheat bran, or flour

1/3 cup Sweet potato, or yams, mash, cook

1 1/2 tbsp Orange zest, grated

3/4 tsp Salt

1 1/2 tbsp Applesauce

3/4 cup Water, *NOTE
