Swiss Green Beans
Ingredients
4 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp Flour

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

1 tsp Minced, dried onion

1 tbsp Sugar

1 cup Sour cream

2 package (10-oz) frozen French cut green beans, cooked and drained

1 1/2 cup Grated Swiss cheese

1/4 cup Crushed Ritz crackers

Preparation
Over low heat melt 2 Tablespoons of butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, onion and sugar. Stir in sour cream and green beans. Put in a 2 quart greased casserole. Cover with cheese. Melt remaining butter and mix with crackers. Spread over cheese. Bake at 350ø for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
