Swiss Steak For The Crock-Pot
Ingredients
1/4 cup Seasoned flour

1 1/2 lb Round steak

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 can Zesty tomato soup

1/4 cup Sliced onions

1 can Stewed tomatoes

Preparation
Pound flour into steak. Cut into serving size pieces (I cut into very small pieces sometimes). Brown in skillet. Put in crock-pot and add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 10 to 12 hours on low. Serve with cooked rice or noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
